Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the jk99 platform. By accessing or using jk99, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and jk99 ("jk99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform available at jk99.bio. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and promotional offers, and all related services.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on jk99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jk99 platform. jk99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jk99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of jk99.
These Terms apply to all forms of participation on the jk99 platform, including casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games, crash games), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets), participation in tournaments and leaderboard promotions, and the use of the jk99 wallet for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh, whether they are accessing jk99 from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, or any other city or district.
IMPORTANT: If you are under 21 years of age, if gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, or if you are accessing the Platform from a restricted territory, you are not permitted to use jk99 and must exit the Platform immediately. Continued use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on jk99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. jk99 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21. Age verification via KYC documentation is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts on jk99.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation of your personal details constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or close associate of jk99 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or gaming software partners.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
jk99 may, at its sole discretion, decline or revoke account registration for any applicant who does not meet the above eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information during the registration process. In such cases, any funds deposited by an ineligible player will be returned to the source payment method, less any applicable processing fees.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each player may register one account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through any other means of linkage — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within those accounts.
jk99 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. jk99 may request KYC documentation at any time during a player's account lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk99 account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. jk99 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify jk99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Your jk99 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of a jk99 account will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jk99 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the time the dormancy period begins. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on jk99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jk99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your jk99 wallet in real time or within the processing time applicable to the selected payment method. jk99 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. jk99 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and processing times applicable to that method. jk99 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud screening checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform. The current minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification level. jk99 may revise these limits at any time by updating the relevant section of the Platform.
jk99 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended where additional security screening is required or where the player's KYC documentation is incomplete. jk99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile money network outages.
All jk99 accounts are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is required. All game results, bonus calculations, and withdrawal amounts are settled in BDT. Where a game provider's internal engine operates in a foreign currency, jk99's platform layer converts the result to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of settlement.
jk99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, jk99 will freeze the relevant account pending investigation and will notify the affected player by email within a reasonable timeframe. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jk99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, and to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
- jk99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will not be retroactively removed, provided they were claimed in good faith.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering pathway, or used to fulfil deposit requirements for other promotions, unless explicitly permitted by jk99 in writing.
- Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have all bonuses forfeited and their account suspended pending further review.
Seasonal promotional events — including but not limited to offers tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL playoffs, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other calendar events — are subject to the same general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any additional terms specific to each event promotion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk99 platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances held in the affected account, and may result in legal action where jk99 determines that applicable law has been violated.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or submitting forged KYC documentation.
- Collusion: coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card or dice information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
- Automated play: using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any software that automates, assists, or optimises gameplay in a manner not sanctioned by jk99.
- Money laundering: using the jk99 platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the primary purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds, or in furtherance of any financial crime.
- System exploitation: deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors, display glitches, or pricing errors on the sportsbook to gain winnings that would not have been awarded under correct platform operation.
- Underage gambling: any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register, access, or use the jk99 platform, or any facilitation of underage gambling by an adult account holder.
jk99 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jk99 reserves the right to void all bets and game rounds affected by the prohibited conduct, recover any funds obtained as a result of such conduct from the player's account balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the jk99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface designs, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of jk99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jk99 platform without the prior written consent of jk99. Any unauthorised use of jk99's intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jk99 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the jk99 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if jk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jk99's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jk99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The jk99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jk99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content available through it. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems; jk99 does not warrant any particular outcome or return-to-player rate for any individual session.
9. Responsible Gaming
jk99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options that can be activated at any time through your account settings. jk99 encourages all players to set personal limits before beginning play and to review those limits regularly.

10. Amendments & Account Termination
jk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jk99 will notify registered players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by email. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your jk99 account by contacting customer support, provided that all pending wagering requirements have been satisfied and no withdrawal requests are outstanding. jk99 may terminate your account immediately and without notice where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jk99 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of Bangladesh, and players who access the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
In the event of a dispute between you and jk99, you are encouraged to contact jk99 customer support in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Neither party shall commence court proceedings in respect of a dispute without first exhausting the arbitration process, except where interim or injunctive relief is sought to prevent irreparable harm.
